Having a child with special needs by itself is a challenging and stressful task. The severity of a child’s difficulties are directly correlated with parental stress. Do you then just sit back and wait it out? Or do you intervene? As parents, you would want to allow your child the space to develop and learn themselves. However, are these delays beneficial? Therefore, “Step Up, Step Out” is the first step forward.
“Stepping Up” and venturing into early intervention as soon as possible would be your best move as parents to “Step Out” and bringing out the best in your child.
